Qualifications

• 10–12 years’ experience as HR generalist.
• Experience as HR Business Partner for a business unit with full P&L responsibilities.
• Experience in a multinational/global corporation; ability to adapt global programs to local needs.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to design and deploy impactful people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Leader to set short and long-term people goals aligning with business strategy.
• Develop talent and drive associate engagement to keep the organization fit for purpose.
• Drive efficiency of the P&O operating model by adopting Mars signature programs and guiding unit projects.
