Job summary

Mars is seeking a P&O Business Partner, Demand COE and 3D to serve as the lead strategic partner to senior leaders across the MSNA Demand COE and 3D. Reporting to Sr.

Director, this role translates business priorities into talent, organization, and capability strategies to enable sustainable growth and value creation in a post-integration environment. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of HRBP experience, strong executive coaching, and expertise in organizational design and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field with 6–8 years HRBP experience.
• Proven change management and strategic organizational design experience.
• Strong executive coaching and matrix navigation capabilities.
