Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Business Partnerships to lead procurement engagement with MSNA demand teams in North America. You will own the procurement relationship for assigned strategic cells and act as the primary contact for business partners.

The role requires 5–10 years in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and business partnering, with a strong focus on cost reduction, risk management, and financial analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing and supplier/customer management experience.
• Experience with cost reduction and working capital improvements.
• Experience with supplier performance management and risk management.
• Ability to lead in both linear and matrixed environments.
• Strong project management with financial analytics.
• Experience in dynamic business environments with supply risk considerations.
• Proficient in Power BI, SAP and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as procurement regional point of contact for strategic cells during product lifecycle design and development.
• Bridge between strategic cells and broader procurement, engaging category leads for new products.
• Represent procurement in IBP forums to integrate viability and risk into long-term roadmaps.
• Promote design-for-value and cost optimization in material and design choices within cells.
