Qualifications

Minimum 10-12 years’ experience as HR generalist.
Solid working experience as HR Business Partner supporting business units with full P&L.
Experience in an MNC or global corporation with ability to translate global programs locally.
Strong consulting, business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Site Leader to set short and long term goals, drive business success and ensure strategic alignment of the people agenda.
Develop talent and drive associate engagement while ensuring fit-for-purpose organization design.
Drive efficiency across the P&O operating model, adopting Mars signature programs and guiding unit projects.
Support Mars Associate Services and Line Managers to serve Mars associates effectively.
