Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a globally based leader to drive demand planning capability development and deployment. You will lead a team of subject matter experts, collaborate with MarsU, and align standards, tools, and training across regions to boost end-to-end supply chain performance.

You will influence without authority, manage multiple projects, and leverage S&OP knowledge to build competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Strong leadership with experience running virtual teams.
Deep supply chain planning knowledge in one or more capability areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven project management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Own and lead development of demand planning content, standards, training materials, and assessment tools.
Support deployment through regional SME teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
Govern standards and digital tools, ensuring end-to-end consistency and integration.
Define interfaces with adjacent functions and communication templates.
Lead with Mars Digital Technologies to develop and deploy digital capabilities.
Define SIPOCs and tools for in-process measurement.
Benchmark content against external standards and close gaps vs competition.
Lead global communities of practice and monitor regional expert roles.
Define KPIs and dashboards; own process governance and health checks.
