Job summary

Great Hearts America is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align workforce planning with school leaders across Louisiana. The role is exempt, full-time and hybrid, with weekly on-site support required in Baton Rouge and Lake Charles.

You will partner with academy leaders, support talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and policy compliance, while traveling regionally to campuses and coordinating with the broader People team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification preferred, not required.
• 3+ years of general Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for employee relations issues and payroll/benefits questions.
• Coordinate workforce planning for assigned schools.
• Consult with school leaders on staff management, performance, compensation, engagement, and development.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws and Great Hearts policies.
• Champion a positive culture and support change management.
