PrestigePEO is a full-service PEO partnering with brokers and business owners to deliver comprehensive HR and payroll solutions. This in-office role serves PrestigePEO clients and worksite employees as the primary HR contact, ensuring compliance and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, cross-functional coordination with Payroll and Benefits teams, and facilitating onboarding, employee engagement, and policy development.

Formación

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience.
• Previous PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources preferred
• Broad knowledge of HR including benefits administration, payroll, risk management, retirement services, and client support
• Multi-state compliance experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for clients' HR needs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Provide account management for clients as it relates to Prestige services.
• Oversee other dedicated client resources to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers.
• Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to develop and enhance client satisfaction.
• Engage Payroll Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and other internal colleagues as needed to address client and worksite employee needs.
• Act as a resource and advisor to clients on HR matters such as onboarding, engagement, relations, performance management, and leave of absence.
• Learn and develop competence with all technology applications and other tools necessary to perform the role.
