Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to develop and implement HR practices aligned with business objectives, serving as a consultant to managers and an employee champion to improve the HR experience.

You will oversee organizational development, workforce planning, succession, retention, and change management across assigned departments, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred, with employee-relations expertise.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, laws, and organizational development principles.

Responsibilities

• Executes HR practices across organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, retention, and change management.
• Champions diversity and inclusion; improves work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Guides leadership on workforce planning, strategy, operations, and day-to-day performance management.
