Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Executes practices and strategies across multiple HR domains including organizational development, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management.
• Fosters an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance, and champions diversity and inclusion.
• Serves as primary point of contact for leadership and employees in assigned departments and guides management on performance, coaching, and career development.
• Maintains knowledge of governmental and labor laws; ensures regulatory compliance and partners with the legal department as needed.
• Manages complex employee relations issues and contributes to developing policies and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic goals.
• Uses analytics to identify trends, communicate findings, and implement solutions across the organization.
• Develops relationships with stakeholders and collaborates with HR functions to ensure consistent practices, policies, and procedures.
