Guitar Center Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to be a strategic partner for our Distribution Center leadership. The role translates operational priorities into people strategies, driving performance, stability, and engaged associates across the site.

You will guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. A strong business acumen and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a distribution center, warehouse, or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience including workplace investigations and performance management.
• Ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience using HRIS and timekeeping systems.
