Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 3+ years managing complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead investigations and document outcomes in employee relations.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment on staffing and retention.
• Support performance management and training programs.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure legal compliance.
• Support payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations.
