Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a key advisor to assigned programs and leaders. You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, culture initiatives, and workforce analytics to support organizational effectiveness.

Lead investigations, corrective actions, and engagement programs while partnering with leadership to strengthen workplace culture. This on-site role in Albuquerque requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, several

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, criminal justice, legal studies or similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification required or able to obtain within 1 year of starting.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing with company policy and proof of insurance.
• Experience with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Teams.”
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
