Job summary

Children’s Therapy Center is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Partner to lead organization-wide HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners with leaders to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and development across multiple sites in Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum five years HR experience with employee relations, recruitment, compliance.
• Experience with labor relations or unionized workplaces is a plus.
• Healthcare/nonprofit/human services experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Handle employee relations and performance concerns.
• Assist labor relations and compliance with policies and investigations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with recruiters.
• Design and deliver training and development programs.
• Support compensation reviews and benefits communications.
• Maintain confidential HR records and reporting; travel between sites.
