Job summary

Children's Therapy Center in Washington state is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Partner to drive organization-wide HR operations, employee engagement, and labor relations.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, training, compensation, and policy interpretation while partnering with leaders across sites in Burien, Kent, Maple Valley, and Tacoma to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure lawful, equitable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Experience with labor relations or unionized environments is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, education, or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building opportunities.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee management, communication, accountability, and performance support.
• Handle employee relations concerns, workplace communication, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development processes.
