Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead and support the People Ops strategy and cross-functional HR projects in Florida. You will tie strategy to execution by tracking quarterly OKRs, goals, and metrics while facilitating the rhythm of business for the HR Enablement team.

You will synthesize data into executive-ready narratives, partner with senior stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across the People Ops organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or related fields.
• 3–4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and/or project management in large corporations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building frameworks, models, and strategic recommendations.
• Effective communicator who can translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Storyteller who can craft structured narratives from disparate datapoints.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across HR to align priorities and drive momentum.
• Coordinate multi-team strategic initiatives and serve as trusted advisor for complex projects.
• Craft exec-facing presentations using data and narrative to drive decisions.
• Facilitate senior-level meetings and leadership sessions with actionable outcomes.
• Improve ways of working for the People Ops Leadership Team with measurable growth.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and risk assessments.
