Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of HR consulting/advising experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leadership; align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Partner with leaders on talent, workforce planning, compensation, succession, and organizational design.
• Drive performance management to support engagement and a high-performing culture.
• Lead organizational design, culture transformation, and initiatives promoting inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Design change management strategies to ensure effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and execute people strategies including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Utilize HR analytics to guide decision-making and measure initiative impact.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies; mitigate risks and maintain a safe workplace.
