Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience; experience in resolving complex employee relations preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR practices and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serves as primary HR partner to assigned departments; coaches leaders and employees.
• Manages employee relations, performance management, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and HIPAA/compliance; partners with legal as needed.
• Analyzes trends and uses data to drive solutions and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partners to develop diversity and inclusion strategies and workforce planning.
