Job summary

Carlo Gavazzi Automation S.p.A. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the Americas region. You will deliver hands-on HR support across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, partnering with leaders through workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance and compensation coordination.

You will also lead global Learning & Development, measure learning effectiveness, and drive change initiatives across the region while maintaining compliance with local requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience including senior HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience in international, matrix organizations and with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on across employee relations, recruitment, benefits, performance and HR ops.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law; Canada/Latin America exposure is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal HR partner for the Americas; lead workforce design, planning and talent reviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across US/Canada/Mexico/Brazil; advise on role profiles.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits and HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate salary reviews, promotions, bonuses and immigration coordination.
• Define and implement global learning strategy; govern LMS governance with Denmark team.
• Drive cross‑functional projects to digitalize processes and enable growth.
