Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR & Operations Manager in Fort Wayne to lead daily office operations, oversee HR initiatives, and support executive leadership. The role combines HR, facilities coordination, and governance administration within a mission‑driven nonprofit context.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits, and training, while coordinating board communications and high‑level administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, office management, executive support, or admin leadership roles.
• SHRM/HRCI certification or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations support.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support executives, board members, and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, technology support, supplies, and administrative processes.
• Serve as the organization’s primary HR resource, managing onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to leadership through meeting coordination, travel arrangements, special projects, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate Board and committee communications, meeting materials, engagement activities, and governance-related administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and help deliver a welcoming, professional experience for employees, volunteers, and community partners.
