Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy and HR execution for the Florida Business Unit. Based in Deerfield Beach, this on-site role oversees HR across 50+ locations statewide and partners with executive leadership on talent, culture, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing/industrial settings, strong labor relations experience, and a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience supporting unionized workforces and labor relations functions.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into HR programs and actions.
• Strong operational credibility with hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Act as a pragmatic business partner to BU leadership and drive HR strategy.
• Lead a multi-site HR organization and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Guide labor relations, negotiations, and compliance across Florida locations.
• Champion DEI, safety, and culture aligned with company values.
