Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives and scale people programs for a fast-growing organization.

You will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, performance, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance—driving organizational effectiveness and employee experience across multi-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience building HR programs, processes, and infrastructure in a growing organization.
• Strong experience in payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Partner with department leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness, change management, and employee development.
• Lead the design and improvement of HR policies, processes, and operating standards.
• Oversee payroll, benefits programs, and compensation processes.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Coach and develop HR Generalists and future HR Business Partners.
