Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM business line leaders and COEs. The role supports operations, projects, programs and service delivery outcomes, reporting to the CHRO/Director HRBP.

You will collaborate across organizational levels to implement HR strategy, coordinate with COEs, and develop integrated solutions for HR services, data management, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience in workforce planning, talent management or employee relations.
• Experience with state/federal HR laws and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR operations support to CHRO/Director HRBP and business leaders.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to fulfill HR services and program delivery.
• Develop and present data-driven reports and metrics for HR operations.
• Manage data integrity and system records related to HR processes.
