Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an HR Operations Consultant on a part-time basis to support HR strategy implementation and operational services. You will liaise with CHRO/Director HRBP, collaborate with COEs, and ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.

The role requires critical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver guidance on policy interpretation, workforce planning, and program implementation within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, & Colleague & Labor Relations.
• Experience in state and federal laws & government & regulatory reporting requirements related to HR.
• Experience in developing, interpreting, and applying HR policies, practices and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative support to the CHRO/Director HRBP in implementing HR strategy, workforce plans, operational services & other initiatives.
• Ensures HR programs meet delivery expectations and align to business strategy; guides leaders to determine local needs and leverage COE resources.
• Develops integrated solutions to resolve HR business issues and supports strategic HR delivery.
• Acts as liaison between HR Shared Services, COE, and leadership to ensure requests align with HR strategy.
• Prepares and presents communication materials, templates and reports for varied audiences to ensure alignment and proper rollout of HR services.
