Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Two years of full-time HR experience in major areas of responsibility.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Directs benefits, compensation, employee relations, and EEO/AA activities.
• Develops and communicates college policies on benefits and leaves.
• Works with managers on discipline, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Maintains positive employee relations and aligns with HR policies.
• Oversees HR data, reports, and compliance with HR laws.
