Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, Public Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Development, Business Admin, Public Admin, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible professional Human Resources experience.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, training, recruitment, or organizational development.
• Experience interpreting and applying employment policies and regulations.
• Experience using HRIS and workforce reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning and directing Human Resources operations.
• Advise supervisors, managers, faculty, and staff on employment matters.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and workforce analytics.
• Ensure HR practices align with institutional priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Drive policy development, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness.
• Supervise HR staff and coordinate HR programs across the institution.
• Support change management and organizational development efforts.
