Wesco seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping talent and workforce strategies that fuel growth and business goals. You will lead initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, succession planning and organizational development.

You will collaborate with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, engage and retain top talent, while driving a high-performance, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 5 years required, 7 years preferred of progressive HR experience.
• 2 years of HRIS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner and strategic advisor to leadership.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning and succession.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation and performance management.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Use metrics to guide decisions and drive change initiatives.
