Job summary

Wesco seeks a Senior Manager – Operations to oversee multiple facility priorities in a customer-centric environment. Lead a diverse team including Operations Associates, Drivers, and Administrative Coordinators, coordinating with Sales and other departments to ensure on-time fulfillment and exceptional service.

You will drive KPI-based performance, manage budgets, coach staff, and uphold safety and ISO 9000 style controls, with occasional travel up to 25% and a potential bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution/operations leadership.
• Experience managing unionized staff a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory controls.
• Manage multiple locations and/or warehouse systems.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
• Coach, hire, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop annual budgets and drive cost efficiencies with LEAN.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments.
• Travel up to 25%.
