The HR Manager will lead performance management, maintain HRIS accuracy, and drive employee engagement while conducting audits to ensure policy adherence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems and handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management processes and guide managers and employees.
• Manage and maintain HRIS systems and employee data accuracy.
• Foster a positive work environment and engage employees.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing policy compliance.
