This role requires 7+ years HR experience, labor relations expertise, and the ability to influence senior leaders. 50% travel and a Bachelor’s in HR are expected; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Labor relations experience is required.
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
• 50% travel is required.
