Job summary

Reyes and Hall, Inc. in Kahului, Hawaii, is hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across its agricultural sites.

This onsite role reports to the Director of HR and ensures compliant labor and safety practices while supporting day-to-day employee lifecycle needs. You will lead investigations, manage employee relations actions, and partner with safety leadership to align HR processes with MSPA and Hawaii labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for onboarding, investigations, and benefits communications.
• 3+ years of direct HR management experience.
• Experience with field deployments and client coordination.
• Knowledge of Hawaii labor and safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations and document outcomes.
• Oversee employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Safety to align HR and safety programs.
• Direct hiring strategies for seasonal and year-round labor.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and HR record accuracy.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims in Hawaii.
