Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an HR Manager in Redmond, WA to lead all HR operations for the local area. You will oversee employee relations, investigations, performance management, and talent acquisition, ensuring compliance and a positive, high-performing culture aligned with integrity and service values.

The role requires coaching leaders, supporting hourly staff, and managing licensing, reporting, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading HR operations across a multi-site or field-based workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws as they apply to hourly employees.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and onboarding processes.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the assigned area, including employee relations and investigations.
• Partner with leadership to shape employee experience and ensure compliant workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and high-volume hiring.
• Manage licensing, credentialing, and required training; maintain documentation.
