Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate assigned staff, address concerns, and complete performance appraisals.
• Maintain understanding of Employment Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Total Rewards.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to post vacancies and assist in interviews and selection.
• Ensure compliance with record retention laws and HR policies.
• Utilize ATS to support recruitment tasks and act as HR liaison.
• Provide guidance on classification/compensation and support training initiatives.
