Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Director of Distribution to lead our Morristown distribution center operations, with accountability for safety, service, inventory accuracy, labor productivity and cost control. You will develop standardized operating practices and KPIs and build high-performing distribution teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in progressive distribution/warehouse/operations roles.
• Experience improving warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, service, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge of ERP and warehouse/distribution technology.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement and manage budgets/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution center leadership teams and build capability.
• Establish standardized operating system with KPIs for safety, service, and cost.
• Optimize network across facilities and improve product flow.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to move finished goods efficiently.
• Drive warehousing productivity and material handling improvements.
• Develop processes to scale operations and manage budgets.
• Lead major distribution projects and technology implementations.
