Job summary

Agribusiness Development Agency is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HRM and development functions at the Corporate Services Unit. The role emphasizes policy formulation, staff development, and compliance with employment legislation.

The position is a fixed-term contract of five years, reporting to the General Manager: Corporate Services. Ideally, the candidate will drive effective HR strategies and oversee critical HR processes and records.

Qualifications

• A Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree are required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring effective HRM and development functions.
• Oversee administration of ADA resources to be efficient and transparent.
• Implement and monitor HR plans including IPM, EE, and Skills Development.
• Advise Corporate Services on HR issues and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures including recruitment, performance management, and training.
