Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR/SPHR) a plus.
• Experience in HR role, preferably multi-state corporate environment.
• Experience working with legal counsel on HR matters; California experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Work with multiple systems to prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
