Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions, based in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner supporting employees and managers across HR programs. The role collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and development initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience guiding employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner and first point of contact for employees and leaders, guiding HR policies and lifecycle matters.
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, employee relations concerns, investigations, and leadership practices.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Learning & Development to deliver HR services.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR records; lead or support HR projects for efficiency and compliance.
