• Supporting workforce growth of several hundred to several thousand employees

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Leadership: leads and develops a high-performing recruiting team.
• Project & Resource Management: manages multiple searches and priorities; allocates resources; tracks progress.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: builds strong relationships; provides updates; ensures professional communication.
• Vendor & Agency Management: manages external recruiting firms; sets expectations; evaluates ROI.
• Growth & Scalability: develops processes to support rapid organizational growth; identifies efficiency opportunities.
