Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development in Maple Grove, MN to lead design and implementation of the company’s learning and leadership programs. You will build scalable training, onboarding, certification, and leadership pathways to support rapid growth and diverse operations.

You will partner with Operations and HR to identify capability gaps, establish standards, and create measurable development programs that drive performance, safety, and productivity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning and development, training, or organizational development experience.
• Experience managing learning programs.
• Experience designing and implementing technical training programs.
• Experience creating leadership and management development curriculum.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy.
• Build scalable training frameworks aligned with business goals and governance.
• Design and implement technical training programs for operations teams.
• Create leadership development curricula and pathways for leaders.
• Measure training effectiveness and business impact to drive improvements.
