Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience administering an HRIS platform (Paycom experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable advising leaders without owning the underlying strategy.

Responsibilities

• HRIS System Administration & Data Integrity: configure Paycom across modules, maintain data integrity, monitor updates, troubleshoot issues.
• Talent Management Enablement: configure performance management, goal planning, succession planning tools; advise on best practices.
• Recruiting & Onboarding Workflow: configure requisitions flow from creation to hire and onboarding; optimize pipelines.
