Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with business leaders across distribution centers and regional offices in the United States. You will deliver strategic HR counsel, drive employee engagement, and lead a high‑performing HR team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate on organizational change, coach associates at all levels, and ensure alignment of people initiatives with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP certification, preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, required.
• Knowledge of HR Metrics, preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, preferred.
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change, preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution, preferred.
• Experience with investigations, preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings, preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, preferred.

• You’ll provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
• You’ll manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business
