ALPLA is hiring an HR Manager in Bethlehem, PA to partner with Plant Leadership and drive talent development, employee relations, and compliance. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and HR systems to strengthen organizational capability and engagement.

Ideal candidates have a minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in HRIS. SHRM credentials are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Plant Leadership for talent development and organizational growth.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing with a focus on timeliness and quality.
• Oversee HR policies, documentation, and compliance across the site.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent calibration.
• Partner with Payroll and plant leadership on training, safety, and organizational effectiveness.
