The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Plant Leadership, supporting organizational growth through a comprehensive talent development strategy while safeguarding both company and employee interests. This role fosters a culture of accountability and pride grounded in transparent communication, fairness, consistency, and firm adherence to organizational principles and business objectives. As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, the HR Manager helps establish the site as a benchmark for attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent aligned with ALPLA’s culture of excellence. The HR Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR leadership that strengthens organizational capability, enhances employee engagement, and ensures full compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
