What Will You Enjoy Doing

The Plant Manager will provide for the safe, profitable, steady, and efficient operation of an ALPLA production plant with a sustainable positive working culture and active personal development culture for the plant personnel.

• Safety overall plant safety/OSHA compliance
• P&L responsibility / expense control / group reporting
• Budgeting and investment planning
• Capacity planning, customer service, human resources
• Logistics / warehouse
• Quality assurance
• Maintenance of existing accounts
• Machine and infrastructure maintenance
• Implementation and proper usage of OPEX initiatives
• Recruit new employees (with Hiring Manager and HR)
• Perform disciplinary actions
• Assess training needs of staff and ensure execution of training
