Job summary

ALPLA's Bethlehem, PA site is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with Plant Leadership and drive talent development across the organization. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, HR systems, and workforce planning to build a high-performance culture.

You will ensure compliance with employment regulations, coach managers, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
