Aptiv Interconnect in Garden Grove, CA is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the site leadership team, leading HR operations and processes. You will influence employee relations, talent development, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will help shape the People strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a fair and compliant workplace across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device).
• Well-versed in employment laws and regulations, especially California labor law.

• Lead HR operations and processes for the Garden Grove site and advise site leadership.
