Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of HR manager experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state employment regulations including EEO and Immigration regulations.
• Ability to develop and execute human resources strategies within a business organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist location management by analyzing and supporting HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws affecting HR and payroll.
• Process payroll data and verify accuracy.
• Maintain HR communications with employees about current programs, policies and procedures.
• Conduct recruitment, selection and interviews for applicable positions.
