Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of HR manager experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations including EEO and Immigration.
• Experience in HR planning and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support company functions through HR.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with laws.
• Oversee employee relations for assigned locations.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and new hire processes.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Administer training programs including ISO orientation.
