Leggett & Platt Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to support our bedding business by managing full-cycle HR processes on-site. You will partner with leaders to interpret policies, handle performance, investigations, and benefits, while strengthening culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Corporate HR, manage leave and onboarding, and participate in talent acquisition, training, and employee relations efforts to drive a positive, productive workplace.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of human resources laws and regulations across federal, state, and local levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage employees across levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for frontline teams and leadership.
• High attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Proactive mindset with risk awareness and preventive action.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Serve as on-site HRBP to leaders on policy interpretation, performance, employee relations, investigations, and action.
• Administer leaves, benefits, and compliance issues (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, workers’ comp).
• Lead offboarding activities and final pay/benefits coordination.
• Maintain HRIS/timekeeping data and collaborate with payroll.
• Track HR metrics and propose actions to improve retention and efficiency.
• Lead employee engagement, site communications, recognition, and events.
