You'll supervise the HR Generalist, serve as the frontline for employee relations and workplace guidance, and own recruiting and onboarding across the organization while guiding multi-state employment compliance. Formación

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Government contracting or multi-state employment experience a plus, not required.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and supervise the HR Generalist.
• Be the first point of contact for employee relations, workplace guidance, and conflict resolution.
• Own recruiting and onboarding across the organization.
• Guide compliance with employment law across our multi-state footprint.
• Lead performance management processes and coach frontline supervisors.
• Partner with the VP of HR on strategic initiatives, with room to grow.
