Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience leading HR initiatives and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Proactive and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day HR function, partnering with leadership and employees on policies and issues.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruiting through onboarding, development, performance, engagement and departures.
• Oversee recruiting and onboarding for administrative and support roles, including job descriptions and screening.
• Provide leadership and oversight to support personnel, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with employment requirements and assist leadership with policies and employment practices.
• Oversee HR administration and benefits, including HRIS data and benefit enrollments.
• Maintain a professional and well-functioning workplace environment.
